An exotic limited-edition creation inspired by the rich flavours of Indian Kesar mango.

Eight delicate honey layers, individually baked with pure New Zealand honey, are combined with our signature rich dairy cream and homemade Kesar mango marmalade, prepared with real mango and plant-based agar-agar.

Carefully assembled by hand and rested for at least 12 hours, this cake brings together the natural sweetness of honey, smooth cream and the rich, tropical flavour of Kesar mango.
