Inspired by the classic Black Forest dessert, this Honey Cake brings together chocolate, cherries and our signature honey layers.

Eight individually baked layers made with pure New Zealand honey are carefully assembled with our signature rich dairy cream and homemade cherry marmalade, prepared from real cherries using plant-based agar-agar.

Rested for at least 12 hours, the cake develops an exceptionally soft texture, combining rich chocolate notes, fruity cherry flavour and delicate honey sweetness.
